April 29, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
A one-day, multi-media experience connecting fashion’s industry professionals and Bay Area insiders to spark an intimate and informative conversation about ethical and sustainable fashion.
The first of its kind, “Sustainability for the Ages” is a communal gathering that brings together inspiring knowledgable speakers, musicians and artists from the non-profit Hip Hop For Change, sustainable artisans, and eco-friendly fashion designers.
This event will take place in the heart of Oakland, to raise awareness for environmental protection, and speak the truth about the dangerous practices used in the fashion industry.
From a series of intimate conversations, electrifying entertainment, to a collection of makers and their crafts, and a finale fashion show and presentation: “Sustainability for the Ages” is where the fashion community can gather with the belief that together, we can create change.
Come get inspired by individuals who are paving the way in ethical and sustainable fashion and learn how you can do the same in your own life. Join us as we celebrate Fashion Revolution Week in conjunction with San Francisco Sustainable Fashion Week International to support ethical and sustainable fashion.
